Interdisciplinary Roundtable on Resistance and GenZ Uprisings in South Asia

In a near full room, the event took place from 6-8 pm preceded by amazing samosas. It was great to have Prof  , Chair of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ, Prof , also from ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Council, join us and speak at the roundtable. Thanks also to Dr from ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ for being there. The audience stayed until the end, we had complex accounts of the uprisings from Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh and where they are now from across all the South Asian countries including those which haven’t had GenZ uprisings like India and Pakistan. Both the lecture and roundtable was chaired by Prof of the Anthropology department and Co-Director of the Institute of Advanced Study, Durham University.
